2. Legal basis
Under Belgian law (Article 10/2 of the Act of 30 July 2018 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data, as referred to by the Data Protection Authority) we store or read information on your device only with your consent, except where this is strictly necessary for the service you asked for. Analytics and marketing cookies start only after you accept them.

4. Changing or withdrawing your choice
Use the Cookie settings button at the bottom left of every page. Withdrawing is as easy as consenting. Following the guidance of the Data Protection Authority, we ask again after 6 months, or sooner if the cookies change.
5. Record of consent
For each choice we record the time, the banner version, the categories chosen and a random ID. No IP address, name or e-mail.
6. Transfers outside the EU
Microsoft, Google and CHEQ may process data outside the EU/EEA. They rely on their own transfer mechanisms (EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses).
7. Supervisory authority
Data Protection Authority (GBA/APD), Brussels. You may lodge a complaint with it.
